Yes, you have 14 days to return cacao and our other products. However, provided that you have not opened the packaging. The exception to this rule is if we have sent you an incomplete item (broken or in damaged packaging), in which case simply write to us. And we will do our best to get you a refund or a full-quality cacao or other product you ordered as soon as possible.
Normally, all orders placed and paid for by 11am on weekdays are dispatched the same day, and you will receive your order the next working day or at the weekend - if you have chosen this form of delivery.

1. mix the cocoa with the hot water/vegetable milk using a blender. For about one minute. This is the quickest method of preparation. Cocoa prepared this way has a silky texture and a taste similar to milk chocolate.
2. dissolve the cocoa in a pot of hot water or plant milk at 80-90 degrees. Taking care not to bring the concoction to a boil. The cocoa will be thicker and more intense in flavour compared to the previous method. Finally, the mixture can be additionally blended. This is how the cocoa is prepared during the ceremony.
3. dissolve the cocoa in a pot of hot water or vegetable milk. Bring to the boil and cook for about 3 minutes.
4. boil the water or plant milk together with the cocoa for about half an hour. Add the spices and honey at the end. This will break down the fibre contained in the cocoa and the drink will not be thick.
