Yes, we can supply your shop or café with any quantity of ceremonial cacao, cocoa powder, cacao butter, beans or drinking chocolate. Take a look at our wholesale cacao offer.

1. mix the cocoa with the hot water/vegetable milk using a blender. For about one minute. This is the quickest method of preparation. Cocoa prepared this way has a silky texture and a taste similar to milk chocolate.

2. dissolve the cocoa in a pot of hot water or plant milk at 80-90 degrees. Taking care not to bring the concoction to a boil. The cocoa will be thicker and more intense in flavour compared to the previous method. Finally, the mixture can be additionally blended. This is how the cocoa is prepared during the ceremony.

3. dissolve the cocoa in a pot of hot water or vegetable milk. Bring to the boil and cook for about 3 minutes.

4. boil the water or plant milk together with the cocoa for about half an hour. Add the spices and honey at the end. This will break down the fibre contained in the cocoa and the drink will not be thick.

Our ambition is to import both ceremonial cacao and powder cacao from all over the world. We aim to bring organic BIO cacao everywhere. However, we sometimes travel to really wild and faraway places where we also meet extremelly pure cacao farms. Those ones are not labeled with certificates, as very often not tauched with civilisation at all or people there are too poor to apply for them. For sure the whole cacao we sell is 100 per cent vegan and kosher.
