Privacy Policy of www.chocante.pl (the „Service”) effective as of September 25, 2021.

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Website.

An individual who provided personal data in the purchase form has the right to access the content of his/her data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
11. An individual to whom the data pertains has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when the individual considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates the provisions of the General Regulation (RODO).
12. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract. The consequence of not providing personal data will be that the Service will not be able to provide the service. Giving permission to process data for marketing purposes is voluntary and independent of the service provided.

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the Website, which may be influenced by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law on personal data protection and the development of our website. Skeppi Tomasz Orzeszko, Blachnickiego, 31-538 Kraków, entered in the Central Register of Economic Activity and Information (CEIDG) maintained by the Minister of Economy, NIP PL7962630274, REGON 120192794, hereinafter referred to as the Operator, guarantees the Users of the website the right to choose the information concerning them. The Operator informs that it uses cookie technology and geolocation on the website.
