Privacy Policy of www.chocante.pl (the „Service”) effective as of September 25, 2021.
- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Website.

- An individual to whom the data pertains has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when the individual considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates the provisions of the General Regulation (RODO).

The consequence of not providing personal data will be that the Service will not be able to provide the service. Giving permission to process data for marketing purposes is voluntary and independent of the service provided.
