Perla ceremonial cocoa from Hacienda Victoria (full-fat cocoa paste, cocoa paste) comes from a plantation in Cerecita, near the coast of Ecuador. This unique variety developed by the Hacienda Victoria team, the result of a cross between the trinitario and criollo varieties, is characterized by notes of pastry, white fruit, honey, turon and a floral finish.
