Ceremonial cacao (full-fat cacao paste, cacao pulp) is distinguished by its intense flavour of milk chocolate with subtle notes of exotic fruits. The product is made from half Trinitario beans and half Criollo, which gives it a unique flavour.

It is worth mentioning that Rio Caribe is a colourful port town in eastern Venezuela, founded by the Spanish in the 18th century. Cacao Rio Caribe is named after this town.
