Liquid chocolate is a real delight for the palate and the soul. Its taste evokes joy and brings back childhood memories, while its composition adds vigour to the body. Our offer includes several types of chocolate: milk, dark, white, and for baking.
Sweeter cacao, i.e. drinking hot chocolates or food-grade chocolates
Drinking chocolate comes in the form of pellets that dissolve easily in milk or water. Compared to ceremonial cacao, drinking chocolate contains not only cacao but also additives such as milk powder, cacao butter, sugars, and natural flavourings. Although it is often referred to as ‘hot chocolate’, the drink can also be consumed cold.
For what is food-grade chocolate used?
When the chocolate pellets are dissolved in water or milk (the best ratio is 1:2), we get a thick, essential drink that improves the mood and certainly adds to our vigour. However, food-grade chocolate can also be used in the form of a cake topping or as a filling for pralines.
Drinking chocolate as a confectionery glaze
Drinking chocolate is not only suitable for making a hot (or cold) drink, but also for making confectionery toppings or fillings. What could be better than home baking with the addition of the truest, most aromatic chocolate?
Bio-, Fairtrade and Rainforest certified food-grade chocolate (drinking chocolate)
Many of our chocolates are certified to be organically and sustainably grown. Farmers who grow organic cacao often seek Fair Trade certification and are also committed to protecting the rainforest. In our shop, we strive to provide customers with products that are not only certified organic/organic, but also Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance certified.
Wholesale quantities of food-grade chocolates and chocolate toppings
Our products – both drinking chocolates and food-grade chocolates – can be ordered in both retail and wholesale quantities. A block of several kilos or a container full of fragrant cacao? – both are no problem for us! That is why our offer is not only for small shops and cafés, but also for large producers of chocolate or other confectionery products.
Delivery times for wholesale products depend on the availability of the specific range and the volume of the order. Nevertheless, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their order within a few days or weeks.
Manufacture of bespoke chocolate and chocolate toppings
Our shop offers not only high-quality cacao beans, but also food-grade chocolate and coatings made from them. This is an ideal offer for pastry shops, chocolatiers, and chocolate makers. Order sizes are customised – we are ready to supply you with any quantity of our delicious chocolate!
