Returns policy

You have 14 days to return the cocoa and our other products. However, provided that you have not opened the package. The exception to this rule is if we have sent you an incomplete product (broken or in damaged packaging), in which case just write to us. And we will do our best to get you a refund or full-quality cocoa or other product you ordered as soon as possible.
