What countries do you ship cocoa to?
We can ship our products anywhere in the world. However, shipping to countries outside the EU may incur the customer’s costs for customs clearance and duty.
What is the delivery time?
All orders placed by 11 a.m. are usually shipped the same day.

Worldwide: 7-10 daysCan I return or advertise the goods?
Yes, you have 14 days to return cocoa and our other products. However, provided that you have not opened the package. The exception to this rule is when we have sent you an incomplete item (broken or in damaged packaging), in which case simply write to us. And we will do our best to make sure you get your money back or full-priced cocoa or any other product you ordered as soon as possible.
Do you fulfill wholesale orders?
Yes. We can supply your store or cafe with any amount of ceremonial cocoa, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, beans or drinking chocolate.

What are the forms of payment or transfer details?
We use two reputable online payment operators, Payu and Paypal, as well as all popular payment methods such as online fast transfer, blik, debit and credit cards, as well as apple pay and google pay are available.
We also provide payment by cash on delivery and traditional transfer. In addition, there is the possibility of deferred payment with PayPo.
