Pastel de Nata Milk chocolate 57%

„Pastel de Nata” is one of the most popular Portuguese sweets around the world. In Portugal, this delicious tart can be found in almost every café, but its history dates back to the Pasteis de Belém factory, founded in 1837. It was there that the old recipe of the Order of Jerónimos was inherited, whose original recipe remains a secret to this day.

Delicate French pastry, creamy egg custard with a hint of lemon, and a lightly toasted custard on top, always with a touch of cinnamon to enhance the typical flavor... Our Nicaragua milk chocolate 57% combines these elements wonderfully, adding an unforgettable cocoa experience.

We were able to create this unique chocolate thanks to another fruitful collaboration with Padaria artesanal AZEDA, which provided one of the key ingredients for this recipe: handmade French pastry.
