“Pastel de Nata” is one of the most popular Portuguese sweets around the world. In Portugal, this delicious tart can be found in almost every café, but its history dates back to the Pasteis de Belém factory, founded in 1837. There, the old recipe of the Jerónimos Order was inherited, whose original recipe remains a secret to this day.

Delicate French pastry, creamy egg custard with a light hint of lemon, and on top, a lightly toasted cream, always with a touch of cinnamon to emphasize the typical flavour… Our milk chocolate Nicaragua 57% wonderfully combines these elements, adding unforgettable cocoa experiences.

We managed to create this unique chocolate thanks to another fruitful collaboration with Padaria artesanal AZEDA, which provided one of the key ingredients of this recipe: handmade French pastry.
