Nicaragua O'Payo Ceremonial cocoa

Ceremonial cocoa (full-fat cocoa paste, cocoa mass) of the Trinitario/Criollo variety, comes from Nicaragua’i from the Matagalpa region, the cocoa grows in the valley of the Santa Emilia River. This unique cacao is characterised by an intense chocolate and coffee flavour, with intense bitter-tannin notes on the finish, which quickly disappears in favour of delicate notes of pineapple and passion fruit.

This cocoa is made from high quality, selected premium cocoa beans.
