Raw organic (bio) cocoa nibs (crushed cocoa beans, cocoa meal) sourced from the heart of the Peruvian Amazon – from the regions of Junín, Ayacucho, Cusco and Ucayali, where unique cocoa varieties such as Chuncho, VRAE-15 and VRAE-99 are grown. The cocoa beans are sourced exclusively from certified organic plantations and farms covered by the Rainforest Alliance programme, which guarantees the highest quality and respect for the environment.
