Chasen Bamboo broom

Use our traditional bamboo broom to prepare matcha/ hojicha with perfect foam! All you need to do is pour 2 g of powder into a bowl, pour in water at 70-80 degrees Celsius and start dynamically making an M-shape with your hand until foam forms. Before using the broom, soak it for a moment in hot water. After use, just rinse the broom under running water. It is a good idea to store the broom on a special stand - naoshi. This way it will serve you even for years!
