Chasen Bamboo whisk

Use our traditional bamboo whisk to prepare matcha/hojicha with perfect foam! Just pour 2 g of powder into a bowl, add water at a temperature of 70-80 degrees Celsius and start vigorously whisking with your hand in an M shape until foam forms. Before using the whisk, soak it briefly in hot water. After use, simply rinse the whisk under running water. It is a good idea to store the whisk on a special stand – naoshi. This will ensure that it will serve you for years to come!
