Kefir Probiotic Milk Chocolate

Kefir is the victory of milk over time. In Lithuania, we have an ancient tradition of making kefir, an authentic product of culinary heritage. Kefir contains probiotics, a symbiosis of beneficial bacteria and yeast that ferment milk. The secret kefir grains are passed down from generation to generation to perpetuate this effervescent beverage. In keeping with my innovative spirit, I decided to create something truly unconventional by combining kefir with chocolate. Thanks to living microorganisms, this bar ripens like cheese and its flavor changes over time. Isn't it timeless?
