1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of services offered by the Service.

In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to data. We monitor their implementation and constantly verify their compliance with relevant legal acts – the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the provision of electronic services, as well as all kinds of executive acts.
4. Personal data is processed based on the User’s consent and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data based on legal provisions or for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement concluded between the parties.

6. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
7. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose of handling the purchasing process and issuing an invoice, and in the case of consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, as well as for presenting the current offer and promotional programs of the Service.
8. Personal data left on the Service will not be sold or made available to unauthorized third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

11. An individual whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to perform the service by the Service. Giving consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes is voluntary and independent of the service provided.
13 We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the Service, which may be influenced by the development of internet technology, any changes in the law regarding the protection of personal data, and the development of our website. We will inform about any changes in a visible and understandable manner.
14. The Service may contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently of the Service and are not in any way supervised by the Service. Cookies
1. Skeppi Tomasz Orzeszko, Blachnickiego, 31-538 Kraków, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) maintained by the minister responsible for the economy, NIP PL7962630274, REGON 120192794, hereinafter referred to as the Operator, guarantees users of the website the right to choose the extent to which information concerning them is made available. The Operator informs that it uses cookies technology and geolocation on the website.
2. Cookies are small text information sent by a web server and stored on the user’s side. The default cookie parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them.
3. Cookies are used to collect information related to the User’s use of the Website. Cookies allow, among other things:
a. Maintaining the user’s session on the Service (after logging in), allowing the user to not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service.

4 The Service uses two main types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user’s end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the user’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
5. As part of the Service, the Operator uses marketing tools such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to target advertisements to users. This involves the use of Facebook’s cookies. Within the cookie settings, the user can decide whether to consent to our use of Facebook Pixel and Google in their case or not.
6. The Operator uses Google AdWords remarketing tools. This involves the use of cookies from Google LLC for the Google AdWords service. As part of the cookie settings management mechanism, the user has the option to decide whether the Service will be able to use Google Ads in their case or not.
