You have 14 days to return cacao and other products. That is, however, on the condition that you haven’t opened the package. The exception to this rule is if we’ve sent you a defective product (damaged or in poor condition packaging); in that case, just reach out to us. We’ll make every effort to ensure you receive a refund or a replacement of full-value cacao or any other product you ordered as quickly as possible.
