Organic drinking chocolate 70% (baking chocolate) comes from the heart of the Peruvian Amazon – from the regions of Junín, Ayacucho, Cusco and Ucayali, where unique cocoa varieties such as Chuncho, VRAE-15 and VRAE-99 are grown. This raw material is sourced exclusively from certified organic plantations and crops covered by the Rainforest Alliance programme, which guarantees the highest quality and respect for the environment.

The chocolate is distinguished by its deep, distinctive flavour profile, which is enriched by delicate floral notes with a refreshing, dry character in the finish.
