The current owner, Alessandro Boccardo, together with his son Eugenio, continue the mission initiated by Romeo Viganotti, ensuring that each product represents the highest standards of chocolate craftsmanship.
The cocoa comes from the Solomon Islands in the Pacific Ocean, a region with a rich tradition of cocoa cultivation. Cocoa beans from this territory are renowned for their delicate, fruity aromatic notes and natural sweetness, which are ideal for the production of milk chocolate. Each bean has been personally selected by Viganotti producers directly in the country of origin.
