After many attempts, experiments, tests, and discussions, always carried out with great love and passion, a bar of exceptional chocolate was created, which combines the freshness and delicacy of Japanese tea with the euphoric texture and flavour of white chocolate.
Matcha and Tokujou-Sencha come from tea plantations in Miyazaki, where the Morimoto couple passionately and meticulously cultivate and produce Matcha tea. Matcha, being a powder, gives the chocolate an intense colour, aroma, and flavour of green tea. At the same time, the crunchy Tokujou-Sencha leaves cleanse the palate, leaving a long-lasting impression of freshness.
