Not only have I built beautiful and far-reaching relationships with small cocoa farmers, but I have also developed a vision for my mission in the world of chocolate. My greatest passion is exploration, experimentation and testing - which is why I present this balanced yet unique creation: chocolate made from ancient, ultra-rare Mexican white cacao with nibs. The taste, texture and color of this chocolate leave no doubt about the authenticity of the recipe. This is chocolate in its purest form.
